This was my first real car buying experience. Evan was very helpful and a "real" down to earth guy. Unfortunately a deal wasn't able to be made, but trust is huge for me so I will definitely be back when I am more ready to purchase. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about getting his clients the best rates possible.
After all, there are still good and honest people around. It was amazing how different it was when I did not have to deal with Sam. Thanks to everyone at Chicago Motor except Sam. I would highly recommend this dealer. Please make sure Sam does not handle your financial. Let anyone other than Sam handle the financial and you would be happy with the deal. Thanks again.

In October I purchased a 2013 SL63 from Omar at Chicago Motor Cars. I arranged for pickup of the vehicle in Las Vegas. The entire transaction went as planned and the car was ready upon our arrival at the dealership. We did have to wait 10 days for them to provide us title after being told at the time of purchase it would be with the vehicle. Overall I would share it was a reasonable purchase and the dealership was honourable.
Showed up to look at a car listed on eBay and their website.... walked in the door and got a one word reply when I asked to see it. : sold. (Apparently it sold 2 days earlier and they failed to update their listing). Guy didn't even bother to stand up, engage in any other helpful conversation, or apologize for them not removing it. If I treated my customers like this, pretty sure I'd be out of a job. Taking my business elsewhere and I hope whoever reads this does too. Wow.
I talked to Frank, Parin and Omar and traded in my car. I was amazed of how professional they were.
