The word "discount" in there name is a bit of a stretch. There are less expensive places to buy the same products, but not in a nearby retail setting. There are a lot more commercial grade products too than any spa store. If I need some supplies now, and cannot wait to order less expensive stuff. I'm going here
Not a professional organization. One gentlemen spat at me through the phone while discussing my issue with my very large and expensive pool covers.
I have 5 pools and bought 5 pool covers. Mysterious enough they have all since completely evaporated. It is as if they were never there to begin with. One employee tried to get me to write him a check to fix the problem. I am wealthy but not wealthy enough to pay you to fix this mysterious problem!
Ordered a Pool Closing Kit. Website said it was 1 Day Shipping. Did not receive the next full business day. Inquired with Customer Service and they said it was not a Guarantee and that the item was on back order. Would not offer me any partial credit when I specifically asked. 1 Day Shipping is only when it is convenient for them.....don't let them fool you that the shipping is free and the $9.99 handling fee isn't pure profit.....if I order an item that says 1 Day Shipping and I basically am paying $10 for that then if they miss on that I would expect a credit. Poor customer service.

I really love this store. You are greeted when you come in and they are both nice and knowledgeable. The prices seem good and they have a good inventory of products. Some stores seem to consider pool customers invisible and are looking for people that want a pool table or spa. This place sells pool supplies and treats you well. It's a little hard to find, but worth the effort.
We ordered a hot tub cover from this company and it took an insanely long time for them to make it (they quoted 3 weeks, it took 5). When it finally arrived, the box was torn up badly and there was a rip in the cover. We have now been dealing with In the Swim for well over a month trying to figure out what to do about replacing/fixing/discounting the cover. The customer service is terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves.
